Stewacracy [E-Book]

Stewacracy is a meritocratic eco-centric based governance framework that redefines how political systems function.

Unlike anthropocentric models of governance, Stewacracy places the ecosystem – life, balance, and collective sustainability at the center of all political structure and decision-making.

In this system, individuals do not directly become political candidates. Instead, eligibility is determined through five structured chambers of evaluation, designed to assess ecological awareness, ethical responsibility, systemic understanding, human welfare orientation, and accountability. Only those who pass through this multi-layered process are permitted to serve.

Those who are selected are not called leaders. They are called “Stewards”, temporary custodians of governance entrusted with responsibility rather than authority. A Steward is bound by a limited three-year term, ensuring rotation, mandatory cool down period, accountability, and prevention of long-term power concentration.

Political campaigning, mass influence, and popularity-based selection are completely removed from the system. Governance is not achieved through persuasion, but through structured merit and ecological alignment.

The term Stewacracy combines the idea of stewardship with systemic governance, forming a model where power is replaced by responsibility and leadership is replaced by custodianship.
