At SAYUE Shop, all cookies are baked fresh to order. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations are only allowed before baking begins.
Cancellation Timeline
• Orders baked on Monday: Must be cancelled by Sunday morning.
• Orders baked on Thursday: Must be cancelled by Wednesday morning.
Important Notes
• After the baking process has started, cancellations are not allowed.
• No refunds or changes will be processed for orders already baked.
• Customers are responsible for checking the baking schedule and placing cancellations within the above time frame.
