At SAYUE Shop, we take pride in delivering freshly baked, high-quality cookies to our customers. Because all our cookies are handmade and baked to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur during shipping.

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
    • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if your cookies arrive spoiled, damaged, or not in proper condition.
    • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • All claims require photo or video proof clearly showing the spoiled or damaged cookies.
  2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:
1. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged/spoiled cookies.
2. Send your proof along with your order details to sayueshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Wait for confirmation from SAYUE Shop. Only approved claims will be processed.

  1. Refund or Replacement Process
    • Once your claim is verified and approved, you will be eligible for:
    • Replacement: A fresh batch of cookies, or
    • Refund: Full payment returned via the original payment method (Razorpay).
    • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–8 business days of approval.
  2. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Delays caused by courier companies.
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information.
• Minor cosmetic variations (cookies are handmade and may vary slightly in shape or color).

    • SAYUE Shop is not responsible for delivery delays due to courier services or natural events beyond our control.
    • Approval of a refund or replacement is at the discretion of SAYUE Shop, based on submitted evidence.
    • All customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information to avoid disputes.
